Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related discipline; a Masters Degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in product development in the scientific sector.
• Demonstrated proficiency with SolidWorks or comparable CAD software.
• Significant background in design enhancement and the development of new products.
• Exceptional data analysis abilities to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Strong project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, employing a creative and innovative approach to product development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively sharing complex technical information with diverse audiences.
• Comprehensive understanding of medical device regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the design and development of new products, ensuring adherence to top-quality, safety, and performance standards.

• Utilize SolidWorks for crafting detailed product designs and specifications.
• Oversee the complete product development cycle, from initial concept to final production.
• Implement design enhancements to improve functionality, performance, and cost-efficiency of existing products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure product goals are met.
• Perform thorough data analysis to pinpoint potential product improvement areas, devising innovative solutions.
