Senior Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager who can take ownership of strategic client engagements — from leading successful delivery to building trusted client relationships and helping grow the partnership.

This is not a traditional project-management role . You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, understand their business and technology priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and help turn client needs into successful technology initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a combination of program leadership, client relationship management, consulting mindset, and commercial awareness .

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of client engagements , ensuring programs achieve their business, financial, quality, and timeline objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders , including senior business and technology leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client priorities, challenges, and evolving business needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technology, engineering, product, AI, and cloud to deliver successful outcomes.
• Facilitate client discussions, discovery sessions, executive reviews, and transformation planning.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements based on client needs and work with sales and solution teams to develop those opportunities.
• Support proposals, solution discussions, SOW development, account planning, and client presentations.
• Establish effective program governance, including roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure accountability across client and internal teams.
• Track program health, business outcomes, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Engagement Management, Client Delivery, Consulting, Professional Services, or Technology Transformation.
• Experience leading client-facing technology programs or engagements from initiation through successful delivery.
• Strong experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders .
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience identifying or supporting account expansion, new opportunities, cross-sell, upsell, or business development initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Account Management, Solution Architecture, or Engineering teams.
• Exposure to one or more technology areas such as Agentic AI, Cloud, Application Modernization, Application Development, Cloud Modernization, DevOps, Data, or Digital Transformation .
• Strong program governance, financial management, risk management, resource planning, and delivery skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) – Preferred
