You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive execution across multiple projects, turning big ideas into scalable technical solutions.
You'll have the freedom to go deep — from exploring our tech stack and cloud infrastructure to aligning teams and roadmaps across the organization.
Lead multiple simultaneous technical programs from concept to delivery within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
Define strategies, build execution plans, and manage delivery for cloud-native software products at scale.
Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
Apply data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement practices to optimize delivery.
Proven ability to operate independently and drive results across distributed teams.
Hands-on experience defining and delivering cloud-native platforms (IaaS, PaaS, serverless technologies).
Strong technical understanding of CI/CD, microservices, NoSQL databases, and DevOps models.
Skilled in sprint planning, backlog management, and agile delivery practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — from engineers to executives.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Background in Payments, Distributed Systems, or Cloud Infrastructure.
