Server Assistant

Ruby Tuesday - - Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests using the Table Management System, aiding the service team to maintain smooth seating flow

• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages, pre-bussing, refills, and handling guest needs
• Maintain a clean server assistant stand and front lobby area; assist with answering questions and promoting features
• Observe tables, manage takeout orders, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service
• Contribute to a friendly, team-based work environment and handle basic cash/card transactions in compliance with policies
