🎯 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver features and improvements

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems

Assist in designing scalable and maintainable system architectures

Stay current with emerging technologies and development practices

✅ Requirements

Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years experience, internships or projects included)

Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#)

Understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, or web development is a plus

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment

Fluent in English

Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
