Requirements
Must have:
- 5–7 years of experience in operations, SRE, DevOps, or production support, ideally within Android or mobile OS environments - 5+ years of background in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or production operations - 3+ years of hands-on experience with monitoring, telemetry analysis, logging, and live issue troubleshooting - 3+ years of demonstrated ability to work independently, drive technical efforts, and deliver operational impact - Proficiency using dashboards, alerts, logs, and telemetry to assess system health and diagnose issues - Experience validating releases, overseeing rollouts, and supporting incident response - Strong communication skills, concise documentation habits, and the ability to work independently on-site - Preferred: experience with CI/CD workflows, incident reviews, and reliability improvements - Preferred: experience collaborating with software engineering, QA, infrastructure, and PM teams in Agile environments
Responsibilities:
- Monitor telemetry dashboards, alerts, logs, and metrics to evaluate the operational health of services and prototype devices - Investigate anomalies and live incidents, collect device and service logs, and track or route bugs through resolution - Support software releases by validating deployments, monitoring stability, and recording post-release observations - Provide on-site device assistance, including configuration, smoke testing, and readiness checks during self-host activities
