Requirements
Must have:
- A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field - 2-5 years of relevant professional experience - Experience with mobile app releases - Background in automation, preferably in the mobile domain - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure - Preferred coding languages include Perl, C/C++, and/or Java - Additional desired skills include Mason, Perl CGI, Oracle SQL, HTML, UNIX/LINUX
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support and development for production software application issues related to the mobile shopping app - Execute QA testing and assist the release management support for both release and mobile beta teams - Identify and create automation opportunities for the mobile teams and implement automated solutions - Develop monitoring solutions and troubleshoot/debug issues in internally developed code - Execute SQL queries and enhance systems for tracking metrics on features - Update, monitor, and resolve technical challenges - Collaborate with the development team on automating support processes and document our systems
