Requirements
Must have:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline - At least 8 years of software development experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership capacity - Hands-on experience with multiple languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript - Solid grasp of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms - Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies - Proficiency with Git or similar version control tools - Familiarity with cloud platforms and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes - Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases - Understanding of secure coding practices and application security - Experience building software for technical security applications - Ability to convert complex technical needs into working software solutions - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Preferred: experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines - Preferred: knowledge of system architecture, microservices, and distributed systems - Preferred: experience with performance tuning and optimization - Preferred: contributions to open-source projects - Preferred: advanced certifications in cloud technologies or programming languages
Responsibilities:
- Develop TSSC analysis tools - Build reporting and visualization applications - Implement signal processing algorithms - Integrate solutions with existing Government systems - Deliver secure, functional software tools for analyzing TSSC data that align with user needs - Create effective algorithms that improve signal processing and threat detection capabilities - Design intuitive visualization tools that make TSSC data easier to understand - Develop customized reporting interfaces that streamline workflows and meet user requirements - Ensure secure integration with Government systems and provide appropriate documentation - Submit weekly software development status updates to track progress and surface issues - Produce well-documented code and technical specifications to support maintenance - Prepare applications to pass security testing prior to deployment
