Software Development Manager

Requirements

Must have:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development - At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role - Strong technical expertise with proficiency in PHP, Laravel, React, or similar technologies - Familiarity with modern development frameworks and cloud platforms - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Passion for mentoring and nurturing engineering talent - Advocate for change who excels in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team of developers - Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions - Work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to establish strategy and ensure cohesive, cross-functional execution - Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and ongoing improvement - Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies - Manage project timelines, set priorities, and evaluate team performance
