- Support the thoughtful adoption of AI-assisted development and testing tools that improve developer productivity and software quality
- Stay technically engaged and contribute to development, design discussions, code reviews, or complex troubleshooting when appropriate.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Architects, Quality Assurance, and other Development Managers to deliver high-quality customer outcomes

- Experience evaluating or applying AI-assisted development and testing tools within the software development lifecycle
- Ability to remain technically engaged through design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and occasional hands-on development
- Experience leading teams that use modern DevOps practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, source control, secure software development, and production observability
- Experience using engineering effectiveness measures (DORA or SPACE), together with qualitative team feedback and product outcomes to guide improvement
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed engineering teams across multiple locations and time zones
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance people leadership, team effectiveness, delivery needs, and occasional technical contribution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align engineering efforts with product goals and business priorities
