Software Engineering Lead, Java & Python

Requirements

Must have:

- Over 5 years of experience in professional software development and engineering teams - Over 5 years of experience with relational databases, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL - At least 3 years of experience with Golang - At least 3 years of experience with web development languages, including ReactJS and Typescript - Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client criteria - A bachelors degree

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team as they adopt new tools and techniques while identifying necessary system enhancements - Assist clients in navigating complex challenges utilizing contemporary architectural approaches, tools, and technologies - Ensure that solutions developed by the team align with existing architecture and operational environment, while also addressing future functionality and enhancements - Engage in end-to-end software development and contribute to system improvements
