Software Engineering Manager

dynaConnections is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams that build mission-critical SaaS infrastructure for the MLS and real estate industry.

Our platform, connectMLS, powers real-time data, search, and workflows used nationwide. This is a leadership role where your impact will directly influence product quality, system reliability, and business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Lead and mentor developers and QA engineers across multiple Agile teams.
• Drive predictable delivery, high-quality releases, and engineering accountability.
• Improve development processes, reduce technical debt, and elevate engineering standards.
• Partner with Product, Release, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
• Own team performance, hiring, and career development.
• Function as an escalation point for delivery risks and production issues.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in SaaS environments with high availability and scalability requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of Java, Spring, and JavaScript ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve delivery metrics, and scale engineering processes.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern architecture.
