Software Engineering Manager - (Rails, Node, Angular, JavaScript)

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an Engineering Manager, Platform & Operations to join our Technology organization. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for our shared application platform and its operational excellence—ensuring deployments run smoothly, environments remain stable, and cross‑functional engineering teams are empowered to deliver with consistency and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading platform operations by overseeing release management for both web and mobile releases
• Understanding and solving environment issues
• Accountable for establishing cross‑functional testing strategy and development work in the platform space, which includes applications supported by multiple teams
• Lead, mentor, and support the application development teams to drive both individual and collective success
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure smooth and timely delivery
• Cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring collaboration and effective service delivery
• Monitor and manage project and departmental budgets to optimize cost efficiency
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the evolving needs of the business
