Position Summary

We are seeking a Front Office Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, this role involves hands-on implementation and support of portfolio management systems. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to work at the intersection of finance and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front office implementation workstreams across multiple client engagements to ensure successful, high-quality, and timely delivery.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders, including trading, portfolio management, compliance, and operations leadership teams.
• Collaborate with client teams to analyze data workflows and deliver tailored solutions.
• Contribute hands-on support during critical project milestones, escalations, or complex deployment activities as needed.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing investment management software in a client-facing consulting or professional services role.
• Strong expertise across front office workflows, including trading, portfolio management, compliance monitoring, and operational processes.
• Deep understanding of the investment management lifecycle, including order management, post-trade operations, compliance oversight, and reporting workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations and navigate complex client situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
