Requirements

Must have:

- Over 8 years of varied experience in embedded software development, software integration, and testing specifically for electric vehicles.
  • Proven project management experience with successful results.
  • Familiarity with engineering methodologies and tools applicable to complex software development, including Continuous Testing/Continuous Integration (CT/CI) and bug lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of electric vehicle ECU interfaces and relevant tools.
  • Experience using at least one software testing platform, including HIL tests and unit tests.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering; a Masters degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and support integration initiatives and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing for the EPC team.
  • Integrate EPC software interfaces with other Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and devices.
  • Connect EPC software with the manufacturing workflow.
  • Utilize telemetry and remote debugging tools for enhanced field visibility and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate software changes across the platform and EPC embedded software in collaboration with the platform team.
  • Design HIL test cases for control systems and software development.
  • Provide testing support during the development of EPC controls and software.
  • Enhance test coverage to meet software functionality and safety criteria.
  • Execute regression tests, document bugs, offer debugging assistance, and conduct validation testing for our team.
  • Upgrade and maintain the HIL test stations and associated laboratory equipment.
