Software Testing Analyst – AI Code Quality

About The Role We're looking for experienced software developers in Poland to evaluate, test, and improve AI-generated code. Your real-world engineering expertise will directly shape how AI writes software — making it more reliable, efficient, and production-ready.

Compensation: $20–$40 /hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices

Run, debug, and test code outputs across multiple programming languages

Identify bugs, edge cases, security issues, and performance bottlenecks

Rewrite or refactor AI-generated solutions to meet production-quality standards

Evaluate code readability, architecture decisions, and documentation quality

Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI models learn to code better

Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are 3+ years of professional software development experience

Proficiency in at least 2 programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, Rust, TypeScript, etc.)

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns

Comfortable reading, running, and debugging unfamiliar code quickly

Familiarity with version control, testing frameworks, and development tooling

Clear written communication skills — able to explain technical decisions concisely

Self-motivated and detail-oriented Nice to Have Experience with code review processes or mentoring junior developers

Background in multiple paradigms (OOP, functional, scripting)

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or LLM-generated code evaluation
