The Role

• Act as owner of application maintenance operations for the Customer Billing portfolio.
• Ensure seamless operations with minimal disruption for Customer Billing applications.

• Drive continuous application maintenance improvement and automation.
• Foster relationships with business partners, executives, and technology leaders.
• Provide leadership to solution development teams and promote process improvements.
