Experience with legal practice management applications such as Aderant or comparable platforms is strongly preferred.
We require infrastructure knowledge spanning Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory authentication and permissions, enterprise virtualization platforms such as Nutanix or VMware, and core networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, and connectivity troubleshooting.
We need proven ability to investigate and resolve issues across application, database, and server layers.

We assist with upgrades, patching, and configuration changes for financial applications.
We partner with accounting and finance teams to support billing, expense management, collections, and reporting workflows.
We diagnose and resolve complex issues affecting system functionality, speed, or integrations.
We maintain connections between our financial systems and other firm platforms.
We support SQL Server environments that underpin our financial applications.
We perform database troubleshooting, query analysis, execution plan review, and performance tuning.
We create and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data extracts as needed.
We assist with database maintenance activities such as indexing, integrity checks, and monitoring.
We help configure and support clustering, high-availability or redundancy setups, backup approaches, and recovery procedures for financial databases.
We collaborate with infrastructure teams to resolve issues involving Windows Server, Active Directory, file systems, virtualization, and network connectivity.
We provide escalation-level support to Service Desk and Applications teams for advanced technical issues.
We assist with troubleshooting enterprise applications where database or server infrastructure impacts performance.
We offer SQL expertise across other enterprise systems when required.
We contribute to system improvement efforts and automation opportunities.
We maintain architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting documentation.
We develop knowledge base articles and operational guides.
We assist with disaster recovery planning and testing for financial systems.
We help sustain reliability, monitoring, and operational best practices.
