1 Year of Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

3 Years of Experience with Report Development

3 Years of Experience with Data Warehousing & Relational Databases

1 Year of Experience with HL7 v 2.3.1 - 2.5.1 and ORU Messages

3 Years of Experience with XML

3 Years of Experience with MS SQL Server 2016

1 Year of Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, CJIS, PHI, PII

Preferred Skills

Ability to manage large data sets (1 TB )

· SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and ETL/Data Pipeline development

· Data Warehousing environments and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)

· HL7 v2.x (including ORU), XML, CSV, and other structured data formats

· Healthcare/public health data systems (e.g., EDSS, eHARS, CDC reporting systems)

· Electronic Case Reporting (eCR) and data exchange integrations

· SAS (legacy processes) and scripting for data transformation

· HIPAA, PHI/PII, and CDC data standards and security compliance
