Strong SQL Experience, the SQL code written by the vendor is really bad and needs to be modified and reconfigured so the application can run properly (4-6 years)

Prior experience working on a clinical healthcare application SaaS (Software as a Service Application), specifically disability, claims and reporting
Working with business and IT to define rules to reconfigure the application
Working with the business to make sure the requirements can scale
Working with Technical team to make sure application can perform and scale
Working with Agile SCRUM teams including PMs, Client and Coaches The resources will be doing more reconfiguration of the application than coding
