- *Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server (2012 and above), including relational database development, data manipulation, and query optimization.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience working with Microsoft SSIS ETL tool (2012 and above), with a clear understanding of deployment methods and best practices.
- Experience with Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and relevant cloud platforms is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of other PERE administration platforms, accounting software, or business intelligence tools is an asset.
- Strong expertise in data extraction, transformation, and report formatting (ETL).
- Familiarity with Qlik and Snowflake data platforms is advantageous.
- Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and capability to understand and produce technical documentation.
- *Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using MS SQL Server and SSIS.
- Optimize database queries and ensure high performance and data integrity across systems.
- Implement and manage data integration processes in cloud environments, including Azure SQL Server and Azure Data Factory.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, process workflows, and system specifications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Participate in the deployment of new data solutions and enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve data management practices.
- Support reporting and analytics teams with data extraction and formatting to facilitate business insights.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment by sharing knowledge, providing mentorship, and collaborating on complex projects.
