You will be the architect behind a robust SaaS platform that empowers healthcare providers and government agencies to revolutionize patient outcomes through data-driven care collaboration.

This is a high-impact role for a database expert who thrives in a "code-first" environment. You’ll partner closely with engineering teams to design, optimize, and evolve MS SQL Server databases while leveraging modern DevOps practices to ensure high performance and data integrity across the entire healthcare ecosystem.

• *The Role
• Design, develop, and administer mission-critical SQL Server databases supporting analytics, reporting, and operational data for a leading P-CIS platform.
• Collaborate with developers in an Agile environment to review pull requests, guide SQL migrations, and optimize Entity Framework interactions.
• Build and maintain sophisticated data pipelines and ETL processes utilizing modern transport methods including APIs, JSON, XML, and SFTP.
• Act as a performance tuning specialist, implementing advanced indexing strategies and query optimizations to support Power BI and complex BI solutions.
• Advocate for best practices in database architecture, ensuring business logic is appropriately centralized to promote reuse and consistency across the stack.
• *What You'll Need
• Advanced expertise in MS SQL Server and T-SQL development with a strong background in relational database design and analytics development.
• Hands-on experience supporting "code-first" development teams, specifically working with Entity Framework and overseeing SQL migrations.
• Proficiency with development and collaboration tools such as Jira, BitBucket, Azure DevOps, and Confluence within a CI/CD framework.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud data services and how to integrate database solutions within a cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to data security and compliance—familiarity with healthcare standards like HL7 or FHIR is a major plus.
