We are an IT Services Company (not a recruiting firm). Our client the Florida Lottery, is seeking a highly skilled Applications Development Analyst (Advanced) to support and enhance enterprise collaboration and automation platforms.
This role focuses heavily on SharePoint, Power Automate, and OneDrive, with responsibility for designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows, integrations, and custom application components.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong analytical skills, capable of working on moderate to high complexity systems while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities The consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Develop custom workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
Design, create, and maintain flows, triggers, and actions
Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Integrate Power Automate with existing enterprise systems and APIs
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automated workflows
Monitor performance and reliability of automation solutions
Configure and maintain SharePoint environments to meet organizational requirements
Develop and extend SharePoint functionality using:
.NET / ASP.NET
C#
Design and implement scalable applications and web components
Extend SharePoint using forms, web parts, and application technologies
Test, debug, and maintain SharePoint applications
Review application interfaces and software stability
Provide systems training and technical support to staff and users
Produce and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders
Research and recommend new technologies to improve automation and efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent professional experience
3–5 years of experience in:
Intermediate-to-advanced professional level
Works on multiple programs or systems
Acts as a subject matter expert for at least one system
May mentor junior technical staff
Prior experience as a SharePoint Developer
C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework
SharePoint Online / On-Prem
JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
XML, jQuery
High-level coding and debugging skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Knowledge of Lottery systems is a plus
Mid-Senior level
