Sr Full Stack Developer (React, Node.js)

Requirements

Must have:

- We are seeking a senior full stack software developer with strong hands-on experience building modern web applications.

• We expect regular use of AI-powered development tools in day-to-day work.
• We require availability for a weekday 8:00 AM ET Zoom check-in.
• We require availability for a half-day in-person working session each Thursday in northeast Cincinnati.
• We require development work to be done on a Mac because we rely on proprietary scripting tools.
• We value excellent problem-solving ability and clear, effective communication.
• Experience in the automotive sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with OpenAI API integrations is a plus.
• We prefer candidates who can share a resume and a GitHub profile or relevant code samples, especially in React, Node.js, or Laravel.

Responsibilities:

- We will have you build and enhance scalable web applications for multiple clients.

• We will have you contribute to patented technology used by a major Chevrolet dealership.
• We will rely on you to help shape application architecture and feature development.
• We will expect you to collaborate closely with our small, trusted, and low-drama team.
• We will ask you to participate in daily weekday Zoom coordination meetings.
• We will ask you to join our weekly in-person working session in the Cincinnati area.
• We will have you work across our stack, including React, TypeScript, Material-UI, Node.js, PHP Laravel, MongoDB, MySQL, Kubernetes, and Python.
• We will expect you to support both part-time and contract-to-hire work arrangements as needed.

We are a small, collaborative team seeking a contract-to-hire Senior Full Stack Developer for a hybrid role based in Mason, Ohio, with work split between remote collaboration and weekly in-person time in northeast Cincinnati. Our projects include scalable web applications and patented technology with meaningful business impact, including work for the largest Chevrolet dealership in the world.
