We are seeking an experienced Sr.
Program
Manager to join our Learning & Development team, focusing on transforming and streamlining onboarding experiences for Last Mile Operations teams. The Academy program equips new in role Operations leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the Amazon Last Mile. This role will play a critical part in evolving our Academy program with a specialized focus on Executive-level onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and accelerated time-to-role for senior leaders.

As a Sr.
Program
Manager in this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of comprehensive onboarding experiences for T3+ leaders across North America Last Mile operations. Your day-to-day will involve partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop structured learning pathways that accelerate executive transitions, combining hands-on operational training with leadership development grounded in real scenarios. You'll be responsible for ensuring new senior leaders gain practical exposure to Last Mile workflows, performance drivers, and Standard Work fundamentals while building the confidence to lead teams, drive accountability, and deliver results from day one. This role requires balancing strategic program design with tactical execution, continuously iterating on curriculum based on leader feedback and business needs to create onboarding experiences that don't just orient executives—but set them up to make immediate impact in Earth's most customer-centric company.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in facilitating, or experience focused on Adult Learning Theory, including 1) virtual training facilitation and dealing with remote teams, and 2) delivering Soft Skills, Technology Skills and/or Technical or other Systems training
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- 6+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- PMP
