Strategic Analyst – Scripts & Behavioral Models

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative professional to join our strategy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with logic, behavioral structures, performance analysis, and script design.

The Strategic Script Analyst will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining strategic scripts and behavioral workflows that directly impact operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and upload strategic scripts
• Structure behavioral workflows and operational logic models
• Analyze strategy effectiveness using performance data

• Interpret data from Quality, WFM, and MIS teams

• Maintain and evolve the strategic script catalog
• Propose strategic adjustments based on behavioral patterns
• Prepare reports and performance insights for management
• Ensure organization and consistency of the strategy library
• Participate in strategic alignment meetings
• Follow internal quality and data privacy standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Advanced English (C1 or higher) – Strong written and reading comprehension

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Ability to work with performance metrics and operational data

• Experience with script creation, structured content, or workflows

• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Strong computer proficiency and system adaptability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel / Sheets)

• Problem-solving and structured thinking mindset

• Self-management and discipline for remote work

Highly Valued (Not mandatory, but a strong advantage)

• Experience with behavioral models or decision logic systems
• Background in strategy, operations, QA, or performance analysis
• Experience structuring SOPs, playbooks, or knowledge bases
