What You'll Lead
- Stainless steel and aluminum processing operation
- Slitting, cut-to-length, warehousing, shipping, and value-added processing
- A team with a strong foundation and significant opportunity for future improvement and growth
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading all plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Developing supervisors and building a high-performance culture
- Improving workflow, scheduling, communication, and operational efficiency
- Driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing production, inventory, shipping, receiving, and maintenance activities
- Partnering with executive leadership to help shape the future direction of the operation
What We're Looking For
- Plant Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, or Director of Operations experience within a metals service center or metals processing environment
- Strong leadership and employee development skills
- Experience with stainless, aluminum, or carbon steel processing operations
- Background in slitting, cut-to-length, warehousing, or other value-added processing preferred
- Proven success improving safety, operational performance, and plant culture
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
