Complete Description:

This position will be located in the Operations area, and will work as a Mainframe Operator.

It will perform initial program load(s) by -Processing Data Sets -receive, process and reconcile processing for IDR.

Change JCL to accommodate the multiple input files from various sources.

Verify input file counts and amounts. Reconcile input to output.

Schedule and submit jobs requested by internal/external customers.

Some duties will include the following in addition to the requirements listed in the skill area:

• Alert appropriate management of potential problems.
• Report all job failures and other problems to Program Manager and assist with resolution.
• Report and coordinate resolution of all problems in the absence of Program Manager.
• Assist and provide support to Program Manager and other TIM staff to assure customer online applications, such as IRIS and Elderly Credit, are available 7:00am 8:00pm Monday through and including Friday.
• Present recommendations for problem resolution.
• Work with IDR customers, TIM, DAS/SAE, DAS/ITE and multiple outside vendors on problems and their resolution.
• Assist ITS3, ITS4, ITS5 in implementation and change to existing processes.
• Distribute customer daily reports
• Maintain unique scheduling calendar
• Update all documentation
• Provide statistics gathered from various sources to IDR Management.
