Requirements
Must have:
- 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role within a technology or software development context.
- 3+ years of experience on agile teams delivering digital products, with a preference for Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficient in systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
- Background in project management within a technology or software development organization.
- Experience in crafting web-based transaction applications, including requirements, stories, and tracking through JIRA.
- Broad knowledge of applications and technologies, including SQL, use case documentation, and system workflow.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Proven skills in collaboration and consensus-building.
- Capability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive team player who aligns systems applications with business goals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on task prioritization and meeting deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset in fostering and leading change initiatives.
- Expertise in solving complex business challenges and translating them into straightforward software solutions.
- Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment with diverse partners and technical teams.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both business and system needs.
- Convert business requirements into system specifications, user stories, workflows, and functional documents.
- Work closely with development teams, architects, and technology leads throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Assist agile teams by refining backlogs, participating in ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to product roadmaps.
- Assess system functionalities and propose enhancements to boost efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Navigate across various teams in a highly matrixed setting to guarantee successful initiative execution.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, documentation, and delivery standards.
