System Analyst with SQL and Python

Requirements

Must have:

- 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role within a technology or software development context.

• 3+ years of experience on agile teams delivering digital products, with a preference for Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
• Background in project management within a technology or software development organization.
• Experience in crafting web-based transaction applications, including requirements, stories, and tracking through JIRA.
• Broad knowledge of applications and technologies, including SQL, use case documentation, and system workflow.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Proven skills in collaboration and consensus-building.
• Capability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proactive team player who aligns systems applications with business goals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on task prioritization and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both business and system needs.

• Convert business requirements into system specifications, user stories, workflows, and functional documents.
• Work closely with development teams, architects, and technology leads throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Assist agile teams by refining backlogs, participating in ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to product roadmaps.
• Assess system functionalities and propose enhancements to boost efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Navigate across various teams in a highly matrixed setting to guarantee successful initiative execution.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, documentation, and delivery standards.
