This nationally recognized Managed Services organization is known for owning IT—not just managing it and is expanding its high-growth, people-first culture into the Atlanta market.
They're hiring a System / Project Engineer to design and deliver infrastructure projects for healthcare and dental clients. This is a project-first, hands-on role with occasional Tier 3 escalations—not a service desk position.
MSP industry experience is required.
Lead infrastructure and network projects from design through delivery
Deploy and configure firewalls, switches, and wireless solutions
Execute Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations, hybrid cloud rollouts, and server replacements
Engineer and support Windows Server, AD, VMware/Hyper-V environments
Perform local onsite work as needed (Atlanta area only)
Serve as Tier 3 escalation for network and infrastructure issues
Conduct technical assessments and present solutions to clients
2+ years of MSP industry experience (required)
Strong L2/L3 networking (VLANs, routing, switching)
Firewall experience (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
Deep Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID, hybrid cloud experience
Solid Windows Server & Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO)
VMware or Hyper-V experience
Confident, client-facing communication skills
