Understanding of ITIL / ITSM

Ability to handle incidents & on-call rotation

This role supports Asset Management production systems within the Enterprise Infrastructure Production Support team.

The project focuses on:

Providing 24x7 production support for critical financial applications

Ensuring system stability, reliability, and resiliency

Supporting cloud-based (AWS), database (Oracle), and containerized (Kubernetes/EKS) environments

Monitoring and resolving incidents using tools like Datadog and Splunk

Supporting ETL processes (Informatica), batch jobs (Autosys/Control-M), and deployments (Jenkins)

Working in a global, hybrid, Agile/DevOps environment In short:

This is a production support + cloud infrastructure + database support role for enterprise financial systems.
