Systems Analyst - Java & SQL

Requirements

Must have:

- Strong technical aptitude with a focus on IT software evaluation and implementation - Experience working with Microsoft systems, particularly in providing technical insights - Familiarity with MS-Access and SQL database management - Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities - Relevant educational background in Information Technology or related fields

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical guidance and insights on new IT software projects - Assess and enhance existing Microsoft-based systems - Recommend custom applications, including MS-Access data capture systems - Facilitate the migration of databases to a centralized SQL repository - Identify and implement strategies to enhance business process efficiency
