Reporting to the Senior Director of GXP Systems, the Systems Engineer I will assist in the system administration and maintenance of manufacturing, supply chain and quality computer systems.
The role will also support ongoing project deliverables and deployment of new technologies as needed.
Support the configuration, administration and maintenance activities of Document Management, Quality Management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Assist in the development and qualification of automated processes and systems.
Support operations with troubleshooting and issue resolution with respect to computer and technical systems.
Create or review appropriate system documentation (User Requirements, Functional Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Software Test Plans).
Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Chemical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant academic discipline.
Experience in any of the following platforms: Veeva Quality Docs and Regulatory Submissions, SAP (Material Management, Quality Management and Resource Planning), Crystal Report or comparable SQL based reporting tools.
Experience with computer systems validation practices (GAMP).
