Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field - Over 4 years of relevant experience in the industry - Proficiency in IPC/PLC code development and installation, with preferred platforms being AB and Siemens - Hands-on experience with Linux or QNX operating systems - Familiarity with industrial networking concepts including Profibus, ASi, and Industrial Ethernet - Skilled in creating automated alerts, reports, and KPI metrics for plant management
Responsibilities:
- Independently collaborate with internal and external engineering teams to deliver high-quality, cross-functional projects on time and within budget - Work closely with project managers and external partners to set priorities, establish milestones, and drive timelines to ensure deadlines are met - Contribute to the development of technical documentation, perform reviews, and engage in root cause analysis (RCA) and solution formulation - Provide clear presentations of system and equipment designs to stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively - Foster strong working relationships with vendors, engineers, managers, and colleagues - Participate in design assessments and assist with the execution of tasks between internal teams and external vendors, including aspects such as equipment specifications and layout design - Build reliable partnerships with Fulfillment Center leadership and operational teams across various sites, including collaboration with Launch, Facilities, Process Engineers, and business stakeholders - Identify and spearhead initiatives aimed at process improvements in support of operations - Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%
