Systems Engineer - Cloud & DevOps

Requirements

Must have:

- At least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in planning, deployment, and administration of technology infrastructure and user support for networks, voice, security, audio-visual, servers, storage, and desktop technologies.

• A bachelors degree in computer science. Other industry certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies and hosting options (On-Prem and SaaS), operational performance, and maintenance, including Microsoft technologies like operating systems (Server 2022/2025 and Windows 11), databases (SQL), and reporting tools (SSRS & PowerBI).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, ADFS, Azure Active Directory Services, and SSO.
• Networking expertise including current data communications techniques and technologies like Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), web application firewalls (WAF), and interior & exterior routing protocols.
• Experience in managing Palo Alto Firewalls and Broadcom/Ruckus switch configurations, including Storage Area Network (SAN) and iSCSI topologies.
• Proficient in Azure cloud skills such as configuration and administration of Microsoft Entra ID, implementation and management of Azure services, monitoring, and using Azure Portal, PowerShell, and ARM templates.
• Ability to analyze complex application systems and technical materials, organize multiple projects effectively, and communicate professionally with all levels within the organization.
• Capability to document processes for new projects or update existing documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure components including servers, storage systems, firewalls, switches, load balancers, and virtualization platforms while ensuring their scalability, reliability, and security.

• Configure network infrastructure components like routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers to maintain optimal network performance and security.
• Administer, configure, and enhance NeuAnalytics Microsoft Azure environment while aligning cloud-based solutions with security and compliance requirements.
• Deploy monitoring and alerting systems to track performance, resource utilization, and security events, facilitating timely responses to incidents.
• Implement network segmentation and traffic management strategies to effectively isolate and prioritize network traffic.
• Develop and implement infrastructure solutions that align with NeuAnalytics goals and initiatives, improving standards and resolving technical challenges.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and a flexible work environment.
