We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Associate Manager to join our team in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
The Systems Engineering Associate Manager will support the Mk7 team team in development of a new Reentry Body Assembly (RBA) for the FBM program.
In This Dynamic Role You Will
Lead a team of Systems Engineers in the development of RBA subsystems from a SEIT/Systems Architecture perspective
Manage and communicate team expectations, goals, roles, responsibilities, and objectivesProvide guidance to the Mk7 Systems Engineering team to include full Systems Engineering lifecycle processes, from architecture and requirement definition through integration, test, verification, and qualification.
Perform staffing and performance responsibilities; in coordination with HR and established processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and program management, to ensure successful project execution
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and affordability
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an engineering or related discipline
Systems Engineering experience including requirements derivation, decomposition, and/or verification
Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with Customers including strong presentation and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships within programs, with other enterprise organizations, and with customer personnel
Experience or knowledge of CAMEO and DOORS
