What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and reviewing complex PCS engagements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
- Serving as a trusted advisor on tax strategy, planning, and compliance matters
- Managing client relationships and mentoring tax staff and managers
- Collaborating with firm leadership on workflow, growth, and client service strategy
- Playing a visible role in shaping team development and client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Active CPA license required
- 8–15 years of public accounting experience
- Strong and current experience in Private Client Services (PCS)
- Deep knowledge of individual, trust, partnership, and closely held business taxation
- Proven leadership ability with teams and client relationships
- Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment
- A reputation for integrity, consistency, and high-quality work
