What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and reviewing complex PCS engagements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
Serving as a trusted advisor on tax strategy, planning, and compliance matters
Managing client relationships and mentoring tax staff and managers
Collaborating with firm leadership on workflow, growth, and client service strategy
Playing a visible role in shaping team development and client experience

What We’re Looking For

Active CPA license required
8–15 years of public accounting experience
Strong and current experience in Private Client Services (PCS)
Deep knowledge of individual, trust, partnership, and closely held business taxation
Proven leadership ability with teams and client relationships
Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment
A reputation for integrity, consistency, and high-quality work
