Team Manager – Mortgage Processing (Remote) Industry Company: Willow Processing, LLC Financial Services

Reports to: Director of Operations Full-Time About the Role

Willow Processing is a fast-growing mortgage processing company supporting wholesale and correspondent lenders nationwide. We are scaling quickly and looking for strong people-and-process leaders to manage frontline production teams while protecting client relationships. As a Team Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 15 mortgage processors.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure consistent service quality, fast issue resolution, and strong loan officer retention. This is not a “hands-off” role — you are expected to actively manage performance, coach quickly, and make tough decisions when necessary. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-accountability, high-ownership environment and understands that retaining clients starts with managing people well.

Key responsibilities include: Team Leadership & Performance

Directly manage and coach ~15 mortgage processors

Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable

Identify underperformance early and act decisively through coaching, corrective action, or termination

Maintain staffing coverage and performance consistency across clients Culture & Accountability

Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and professionalism

Lead with clarity, fairness, and consistency

Model strong communication and decision-making under pressure Qualifications

3+ years of mortgage processing experience (wholesale preferred)

Strong understanding of loan lifecycle, conditions, and client expectations

Comfortable handling escalations and difficult conversations

Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments Compensation & Structure

Total Compensation Package: ~$100,000
