Technical Analyst

The Role

• Understand and translate intricate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Create comprehensive technical specifications, functional documentation, and data mappings
• Analyze client core systems to identify relevant data elements, fields, and system information
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Perform data and system analysis to validate information availability and extractability
• Support development and QA teams with technical clarification and acceptance criteria

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with core business systems and understanding system data structures
• Hands-on experience analyzing system fields, data elements, tables, interfaces, or APIs
• Proficiency with SQL for data investigation and validation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
