We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect & Lead to drive platform strategy, governance, and technical excellence across our ServiceNow ecosystem.

🔧 What You’ll Do

As a key leader in our ServiceNow journey, you will:

Design and review end-to-end solutions across core ServiceNow modules.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and maximize Out-of-the-Box capabilities.

Drive platform standardization and reduce unnecessary customizations.

Contribute to platform architecture, governance, and technical guidelines.

Provide design leadership across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and Custom Apps.

Review configurations, custom scripts, flows, and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).

Support upgrades, release planning, and regression readiness.

Troubleshoot complex platform and performance issues.

Guide CMDB structure, CI relationships, data quality, and CSDM alignment.

Work closely with analysts, developers, and PMs to translate business goals into scalable architecture.

Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and planning sessions.

Mentor junior developers and admins.

🧩 What You Bring

Strong hands-on expertise across the ServiceNow platform.

Deep understanding of upgrades, releases, and platform lifecycle management.

Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.

Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and basic UI Builder.

Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to balance strategic goals with technical feasibility.

Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.

🎓 Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow CSA (required)

One or more CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)

ITIL v3/v4

Exposure to Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI capabilities

🎓 Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
