Job Summary The Technical lead for python, PL/SQL, and Java will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects involving these programming languages. The individual will lead a team of developers, manage code quality, and ensure project deliverables align with the technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using python, pl/sql, and java.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and create project timelines.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency.
Skill Requirements
- Proficient in python programming language with experience in developing and implementing python based solutions.
- Strong expertise in pl/sql for database management, querying, and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of java programming language for application development and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with stakeholders.
