Technical Program Manager (Data Platform

We are seeking a

• *TPM**

with experience in modern data platforms and data management practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with

• *Azure Fabric, SQL, and Kusto (KQL)**

to design, manage, and optimize data platforms that support analytics, reporting, and large-scale data processing.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain
• *data platforms and data management solutions

using modern cloud technologies.

• Work with
• *Azure Fabric / Microsoft Fabric**

to build and manage scalable data pipelines and data workflows.

• Develop and optimize
• *SQL queries and data models**

for analytics and reporting.

• Use
• *Kusto Query Language (KQL)**

to query, analyze, and manage large datasets.

• Ensure
• *data quality, governance, and performance optimization**

across the data platform.

• Build and maintain
• *data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines**

• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and platform performance issues.
• Implement
• *best practices for data security, access control, and compliance**

.

• *Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience**

in data platform engineering, data management, or related roles.

• Hands-on experience with
• *Azure Fabric / Microsoft Fabric**

or similar cloud data platforms.

• Strong experience with
• *SQL for data analysis, modeling, and performance tuning**

.

• Experience working with
• *Kusto Query Language (KQL)**

or large-scale log/telemetry data systems.

• Experience building
• *data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integrations**

.

• Familiarity with
• *data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management**

.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• *Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with
• *Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, etc.)

• Knowledge of
• *data warehousing and big data architectures**

• Experience working with
• *Power BI or analytics platforms**

• Understanding of
