Miracle Software Systems, Inc. is looking for "Technical Project Manager / Full Stack Development (React.js / Python / GCP)" for long term Contract/Fulltime position available with following Job description.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager with strong experience in React.js, Python, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role involves a combination of software development and project management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Development (60%)

• Develop and maintain applications using React.js and Python.
• Build and integrate APIs and backend services.
• Develop and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality.

Project Management (40%)

• Plan and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage sprint planning, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Monitor project progress and provide stakeholder updates.
• Ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of overall experience in software development and technical project delivery.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and Python development.
• Minimum 2+ years of practical experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Full-stack application development experience.
• Experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable applications on cloud platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in technical project management, including sprint planning, task allocation, project tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and technical project management.
• Ability to balance coding responsibilities with project delivery.

Key Expectation:

• This is a hands-on Technical Project Manager role requiring approximately 60% development and 40% project management. Candidates with purely managerial experience without recent hands-on development experience are not suitable for this role.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
