• CEO Rob Roy we believe in revolutionary innovation operational excellence and the principle of karma Switch is where talented people come together to EVOLVE the digital world We believe that innovation isnt just about technologyits about the people culture and purpose that make it happen Every Switch team member contributes to a mission greater than themselves to create the worlds most advanced digital infrastructure that powers the progress of humanity The Role Technical Project ManagerAs a Technical Project Manager at Switch you will support the CORE Support team and the telecom products and services purchased for customers You will manage multiple support initiatives service requests and escalations from intake through resolution You will coordinate work across customers technical teams vendors carriers and service providers Your work will help keep ownership clear issues moving and customers informed throughout the service lifecycle What Youll DoManage multiple telecom support initiatives customer requests escalations and related projects from intake through resolutionMaintain project plans action items dependencies timelines ownership and status reportingPrioritize work based on customer impact urgency dependencies and business needsCoordinate service handoffs changes service impacting issues escalations and other support activities with the CORE Support teamIdentify risks and blockers early document them clearly and coordinate the actions needed to resolve themCoordinate work across CORE Support network and telecom engineers internal stakeholders vendors carriers and service providersDevelop and maintain policies and procedures that define and communicate service level objectives for the CORE Support teamKeep stakeholders informed about service status priorities risks timelines ownership and next stepsMaintain accurate project documentation and support records so teams can act on current informationWhat Were Looking ForYou can manage several priorities at once while maintaining clear ownership and reliable follow throughYou communicate directly and include the information others need to make decisionsYou use sound judgment to prioritize work based on customer impact urgency risk and dependenciesYou identify problems early and bring practical options for resolving themYou work effectively across technical teams customer facing teams vendors and service providersYou follow established processes for mission critical work and raise risks when they could affect serviceYou take responsibility for commitments and keep customers and teammates informed when priorities or timelines changeWhat Youll Bring47 years of relevant experience in project management service delivery technical support coordination network infrastructure telecommunications or a related fieldExperience coordinating complex technical projects or support initiatives across multiple teams and external providersWorking knowledge of telecom or network services support processes vendor responsibilities and escalation pathsExperience creating and maintaining project plans timelines dependencies action items risk tracking and status reportsExperience with project service management ticketing or collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project Jira Asana or SmartsheetWorking proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel PowerPoint and OutlookA bachelors degree in a technology or business discipline or equivalent relevant experienceIf your experience does not match every qualification listed we encourage you to apply if you believe your background prepares you to succeed in this role Why SwitchA Culture of Karma We are self motivated by karma ensuring our actions contribute to a positive supportive and forward thinking environmentIndustry Leading Designs Work with the most advanced data center technology on the planet and be a part of emerging technology developmentFlexibility &
