Technical Writer – AI Agent SDK Documentation

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Writer
to create and maintain high-quality documentation for AI Agent SDKs and developer tools. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing experience, hands-on coding knowledge in
TypeScript
and
Python
, and experience documenting APIs, SDKs, and AI/LLM-based products.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for
AI Agent SDKs
and developer platforms.
- Write clear and accurate
API documentation
, developer guides, tutorials, and reference materials.
- Develop and validate
TypeScript and Python code samples
against released SDKs.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Developer Relations teams to understand product features and workflows.
- Test SDK functionality and ensure documentation examples are accurate and up to date.
- Document AI/LLM developer tools, integrations, APIs, and workflows.
- Improve documentation structure, usability, and developer experience.
- Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a
Technical Writer
supporting software products, APIs, or developer platforms.
- Strong experience documenting
SDKs and APIs
.
- Hands-on experience with
TypeScript
and
Python
.
- Experience creating and validating code examples for developer documentation.
- Familiarity with
AI/LLM developer tools
and agent-based frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, and software development workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience documenting AI platforms, machine learning products, or developer tooling.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Markdown, and documentation-as-code workflows.
- Experience working with SDK releases and versioned documentation.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and developer ecosystems.
