Location for this position is Philadelphia, PA or Moorestown, NJ. This position may require 10% travel and or relocation

Essential Functions of the Job:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited Institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
- At least 4 years of experience in VoIP, SIP, IMS testing
- At least 3 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
- At least 2 years of experience in Voice/Network test and automation tools such as Hammer, IXIA, SPIRENT
- Experience in cable domain and DOCSIS will be a PLUS
- Experience in test automation using scripting languages such as TCL, PERL or Python will be a PLUS
- Experience and desire to work in global delivery model
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
