Trademark Of Counsel

Osha Bergman Watanabe and Burton, LLP (OBWB) is looking for an experienced candidate for our Trademark department. The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant trademark experience. An ideal candidate has significant hands-on experience working on trademark matters, including:

• domestic and international prosecution and oppositions
• domestic and international trademark clearance

Experience with the following is a plus:

• general trademark/branding counseling and opinion work
• global portfolio management
• domestic and international enforcement and monitoring
• experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
• experience with Madrid Protocol
• experience with Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy
• experience with drafting and negotiating IP transactions/agreements
• trademark litigation

Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
