Job description

1. Role Purpose

The Project Manager is the strategic bridge between client business objectives and technical execution. You will lead high-impact implementations across the Zoho One ecosystem, transforming fragmented business processes into unified, automated workflows. This role requires a "consultative" mindset—you aren't just managing a timeline; you are architecture a solution.

2. Key Responsibilities

Phase A: Discovery & Solution Design

  • Business Analysis: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to audit current client "as-is" processes.

  • The BRD Protocol: Translate complex requirements into a formal Business Requirement Document (BRD). You are responsible for securing the client’s signature on the BRD before any implementation begins to ensure scope alignment.

  • Gap Analysis: Identify where standard Zoho features meet requirements and where custom Deluge scripting or Zoho Creator apps are necessary.

Phase B: Project Lifecycle Management

  • Timeline Governance: Own the business day project lifecycle, ensuring every milestone—from license activation to Go-Live—is met.

  • Resource Coordination: Manage internal developers and consultants to ensure technical tasks (blueprints, canvas designs, and automation) align with the project roadmap.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for C-level executives, providing transparent status reports and managing expectations regarding "Scope Creep."

Phase C: Technical Oversight & Integrations

  • Zoho One Mastery: Supervise implementations involving Zoho CRM, People, Recruit, Books, Marketing Automation and other Zoho applications.

  • Data Migration: Oversee complex data migrations from legacy ERP/CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and mapping accuracy.

  • Integration Management: Coordinate technical setups for third-party services, specifically WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, and multi-currency financial configurations.

Phase D: Quality Assurance & Delivery

  • Milestone Reviews: Lead the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Customer Review sessions to demonstrate progress and gather feedback.

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Design and execute a UAT phase, managing the "bug-fix" cycle and ensuring client sign-off.

  • Training & Adoption: Conduct "Train-the-Trainer" sessions to ensure high user adoption post-launch.

Requirements

Experience: 3 years in Project Management in Zoho or similar eco systems.

Technical Proficiency: *Expert knowledge of Zoho One (CRM, Finance, HR, and Workplace suites).

  • Understanding of API logic and how the WhatsApp Business API interacts with Zoho.

  • Familiarity with Deluge logic (you don’t need to code, but you must know what is possible).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or IT. PMP or Agile certification is highly a plus.

Languages: Native-level Arabic and Professional-level English are required for client interactions in the UAE, KSA and Egypt.
