Job Description

We are a growing technical publishing company that is seeking several tutorial author and hosts.

You will author tutorials on your own time and record them (voice-over/screen cast) in our studios in Vernon, CT. We're conveniently located a minute from I-84. Recording time can be flexible and be completed semi-monthly.

The best candidate for this part time position must not only have technical expertise, but strong oral communication skills. If you have strong technical and communication skills we'll train you on the rest!

Your tutorials will be branded, edited and professionally produced. We will distribute your content within our brand networks that include tens of thousands learning programming on Youtube, iTunes and our Roku channel.

Qualifications

You must have expertise in at least one of the following areas:

• HTML/CSS
• Javascript
• jQuery
• Node.js
• C/C++
• Objective C/ iOS Development
• Android Development
• Game Development (OpenGL, WebGL, XNA, other Libraries)
• .net Development
• PHP my/SQL
• Ruby
• Python
