Detailed JD

Java Backend Developer focused on building high-performance backend systems with a strong emphasis on API development and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will also bring deep expertise in MongoDB and Kafka

Required Qualifications

· 10+ Senior hands-on developer with strong analytical, problem solving and strong technical skills with good communication skills (verbal and written)

· Ownership and self-starter who can hit the ground quickly and drive the implementation projects independently.

· Work with users independently to understand the requirements & adapt to the functional and business use case requirements and implement them

· AWS Cloud experience is must – Airflow, ECS Fargate, Aurora , Lambda, Java / DB2 , Snowflake, Typescript

· Good understanding of AWS infra deployment , testing , configuration (resiliency setups etc.,)

· Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, Co-pilot)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement Kafka as Event Driven Technology
• Drive backend acceleration strategies, including asynchronous processing and query optimization.
• Good Experience on MongoDB
• Good Experience on Agile Methodology
• Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews.
